These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HourBooster ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a web-based Steam hour boosting service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HourBooster, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. Description of Service

HourBooster provides server-side Steam hour boosting: we run games on our infrastructure to increase playtime on your Steam account. You connect your Steam account through Steam's official login; we do not require your Steam password to be stored in plain text. The Service includes:

  • Automatic hour boosting for games you own
  • Trading card farming
  • 24/7 operation on our servers (no PC required)
  • Web dashboard to manage accounts and jobs

3. Steam Account Requirements

To use HourBooster, you must:

  • Own a legitimate Steam account in good standing
  • Own the games you wish to boost
  • Comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam's terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your account or credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Steam's terms
  • Circumvent any security measures or rate limits

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your payment details. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy; contact us for billing issues. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account termination.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HourBooster and Steam accounts. We recommend enabling Steam Guard. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

7. Risks and Disclaimer

Use at your own risk. While HourBooster uses Steam's standard protocols, the use of any third-party automation carries inherent risks, including potential Steam account restrictions. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be compatible with Steam or that your account will remain unaffected. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of Steam account access, game progress, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
